At The Prim Pad Pet Grooming, it is essential to me that my customers have a stress free grooming experience, this is why I work on a 1:1 basis at my home based salon, in a garden pod. Your pet will have my full attention and won’t have to worry about any other pets or distractions.
Grooming is not just about your pet looking good, but an essential part of keeping your pet clean and feeling good to the highest level, by maintaining healthy coat and skin.
About me
I’m Hayley, owner of The Prim Pad and these are my two Working Cocker Spaniels, my inspiration to get into the grooming industry, so of course they had to feature in my logo.
In the salon I practice positive reinforcement techniques such as offering treats, praise and gentle movements to build trust and make the grooming process a delightful one for your pets.
While in my care, I look after all of your pets exactly how I would like my own to be treated.
Qualifications
Training at GroomArts Academy, I completed an iPet level 3 city and guilds diploma, in dog grooming and salon management. Where I learnt everything from breed standard cuts, to hand stripping and everything in between.
I am fully trained in pet first aid.
Also specialising in cat grooming, after completing a training course at Tails and tweed in Abingdon.
