Please arrive to your appointment no earlier than five minutes prior to your scheduled time and no later than five minutes after your agreed collection time. 

The Prim Pad does not provide daycare or boarding services, as I offer 1:1 grooming, it is very important that my appointments do not overlap.

I ask that you do not knock on the front door of my house, the entrance to my grooming salon is through the side gate, to the left of the house. Please ring the bell and await an answer.
